Vaaka Partners has exited Finnish industrial maintenance business Sataservice to trade buyer Quant after a four-year hold.
Vaaka acquired a majority stake Sataservice in 2014.
Sataservice maintains and optimises the performance of machinery for its clients, specialising in the food and drink and manufacturing sectors. It is headed in Rauma in the south of Finland and operates from 14 sites across the country.
The business employs around 400 people and has revenues of approximately €40m.
Quant, a larger business operating in the same sector, is based in Sweden and has operations across the world. Quant hopes that the deal will help it strengthen its position in the Nordics, particularly in Finland.
Vaaka exited Finnish digital transformation company Solita to Apax Digital in April.
