Argos Wityu has acquired French equipment leasing business Factum Group from Naxicap Partners, Swen Capital Partners and Euro Capital.
Financial details weren’t disclosed, but Argos Wityu typically invests between €10m and €100m in the businesses it acquires. The company’s management team will retain minority stakes.
Based in Nancy, Factum leases technology, healthcare and industrial equipment. It operates in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. It has revenues of around €150m and employs 58 people.
Argos Soditic was formerly Argos Soditic, having rebranded last month.
