Zubr Capital backs Belarussian IT group ActivePlatform
Zubr Capital, the Belarus-focused private equity firm, is to invest around $10m (€8.4bn) in ActivePlatform, a technology company founded by entrepreneur and chief executive Oleg Tyagunov.
