Main Capital has acquired a majority stake in German software business JobRouter.
JobRouter provides workflow and business processing software to companies including EY, Thomas Cook and ThyssenKrupp. Operating since 1994, the Mannheim-based company offers its cloud service in 18 languages and has more than 150 partners.
Main Capital intends to support bolt-on acquisitions and increase the company’s international presence.
“Main Capital already convinced us in the first meeting as a strategic partner with its deep software knowledge. We look forward to the cooperation with Main Capital to further improve JobRouter,” said founder and chief executive Fritz-Jochen Weber.
Main Capital specialises in software businesses in the DACH and Benelux regions. It has around €375m of assets under management.
