Waterland’s Hanse Orga makes three bolt-on acquisitions
Hamburg-headquartered Hanse Orga, a software provider backed by Waterland, has acquired three companies in the US and Germany.
The company has bought Pennsylvania-based Dolphin Enterprise Solutions and e5 Solutions Group, and Berlin-headquartered Tembit Software.
