Hamburg-headquartered Hanse Orga, a software provider backed by Waterland, has acquired three companies in the US and Germany.

The company has bought Pennsylvania-based Dolphin Enterprise Solutions and e5 Solutions Group, and Berlin-headquartered Tembit Software.

Hanse Orga offers corporate customers software applications and expertise for areas such as payments, liquidity management, working capital management and treasury.

The company supplies software to large corporations and mid-sized companies in over 50 countries around the world.

Waterland acquired a stake in Hanse Orga in September. In November the company bolted on Soplex.

Waterland says that the software provider has significant resources for further growth at its disposal.
