KKR’s Calsonic acquires Fiat Chrysler’s components business in €6.2bn deal
Calsonic Kansei, the Japanese-headquartered automotive manufacturer backed by KKR, has acquired Magneti Marelli, the Italy-based automotive components business of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, through its holding company CK Holdings.
