Inflexion’s BES Group acquires Engineering Safety Inspection Services
Inflexion’s portfolio company BES Group has acquired Engineering Safety Inspection Services (ESIS) from Aquatronic Group Management (AGM), which was bought by Stuart Turner earlier this year.
