ECM Equity Capital Management backs SIS and ENDEGS merger to form ETS Group
Frankfurt-based ECM Equity Capital Management, through its German Equity Partners V fund, has backed the merger of SIS and ENDEGS to form the Environmental Technology Services Group (ETS Group).
