Shivani Khandekar 21 September 2022

Clearwater International has appointed Simon Chambers and Richard Clark as partners. Based in the firm’s London office, they will be part of the European debt advisory practice.

Chambers joins the corporate finance advisory firm with two decades of experience advising mid-market corporates and sponsors on raising, refinancing, amending and restructuring debt facilities. He has also worked at Barclays and Rolls Royce in the past.

Clark has previously served at Close Brothers, DC Advisory, JP Morgan and GCA Altium. He specialises in delivering acquisition financing, refinancing, dividend recapitalisation, staple debt financing, and restructuring across industries for both private equity and corporate clients.

Clark and Chambers together established GCA Altium’s UK debt advisory practice in 2014, which is now part of Houlihan Lokey.
