3i-backed Ponroy expands international presence with Italian acquisition
3i-backed Ponroy Santé Group has acquired Italian pharmaceutical company Pasquali Healthcare.
Pasquali Healthcare was founded in 1999 and develops and commercialises over-the- counter products in the Italian pharmacy market.
