Genstar-backed Apex expands further into US
Apex, the portfolio company of Genstar Capital, has acquired BroadscopeFund Administrator, a US-based private equity fund administrator.
The bolt-on adds $40bn in global assets under administration to Apex’s portfolio, taking it to a total of $650bn.
