Graphite sells botox business Sk:n to TriSpan
Graphite Capital has sold Birmingham-based skincare specialist Sk:n to private equity firm TriSpan.
Founded in 1986, Sk:n has 51 clients across the UK, offering a range of non-surgical and cosmetic treatments including laser hair removal, tattoo removal and Botox.
