The consumer sector has felt the pinch with wallets squeezed due to the cost-of-living crisis.
But for discerning GPs, some bright spots remain. Take babycare, for example, which is positioned in the less discretionary end of the sector and has yet to see those adverse swings during the last 12-18 months.
Tracey Huggett, co-founder and managing partner at Future Business Partnership, a consumer specialist impact fund, speaks to Real Deals about how the subsector is seeing growth as parents become more open to changing their consumption habits in favour of eco-friendly alternatives.
