In today’s top story, Real Deals chats with Literacy Capital about its latest deal - a minority investment in entertainment company Live Business Group.
CEO Richard Pindar reveals Literacy first met with the business in January, and the deal was completed within less than 10 weeks mostly since Live Business Group was "quite smitten" with the offer put forward by the UK-based sponsor, even though it had spoken to other investors. He also revealed the deal came about via an advisory firm Live Business Group had used to tout for investment.
