Too good to turn down

After holding the company for only 15 months, Omni Partners sold its majority stake in Vivup to Great Hill Partners.
The lower midmarket GP had not planned to exit so soon, but a “very attractive” offer from the Boston-based buyer prompted it to consider the deal.
Real Deals catches up with Omni partner and MD Elissa von Broembsen-Kluever, who says that Vivup, a UK-based employee benefits business, more than doubled its headcount during the relatively short holding period.
