ArchiMed carves out in vitro diagnostics specialist Diesse
ArchiMed has acquired Italian in vitro diagnostics specialist Diesse, its second cross border carve-out in less than three months.
The acquisition in Diesse Diagnostica Senese was made via the ArchiMed MED II fund.
