Bowmark-backed Node4 acquires Secura
Bowmark-backed Node4, the Derby-based data centre has acquired Secura, a virtual private cloud provider.
The bolt-on represents Node4’s fifth and largest acquisition, adding 110 customers and 35 employees to the business.
