Capital Step backs MBO of recruitment consultancy Brightwater
Investment firm Capital Step has backed the management buyout of Irish recruitment consultancy Brightwater.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed but London-based Capital Step invests between £500,000 (€560,739) and £5m in medium-sized companies through non-dilutive and non-control capital solutions.
