Adelis invests in Swedish SEO agency Defiso Media
Adelis Equity Partners has invested in Swedish search engine optimisation (SEO) agency Defiso Media.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, however the firm’s strategy is to acquire lower mid-market Nordic companies with enterprise values between €20m and €200m.
