Cyberfort Group, the cyber security business backed by Palatine Private Equity, has acquired Agenci.
Agenci, a cyber security consultancy, becomes the third company to join the Cyberfort Group alongside secure hosting and managed services provider The Bunker and cyber security testing business Arcturus. Palatine is intending to build an end-to-end IT security business.
Wakefield-headquartered Agenci specialises in IT security, GDPR and ISO 27001. It is led by chief executive Tom Barker.
“We searched for a best-in-breed cyber security consultancy and found that in Agenci. Proper strategic guidance is often the missing link when it comes to security and compliance. This is what Agenci provides and all the clients within our group now stand to benefit from this world-class expertise,” said Cyberfort chief executive Andy Hague.
Palatine acquired The Bunker from Foresight last July.
