Cinven acquires Partner in Pet Food from Pamplona
Cinven has acquired Partner in Pet Food (PPF), the Hungarian pet food business, from Pamplona Capital Management.
Pamplona acquired PPF from Advent International three years ago in a deal valued at €315m.
