Cavendish Corporate Finance has appointed Duncan Chandler as its head of financial services.
He will also hold the same role at Oaklins, the M&A advisory group of which Cavendish is a member.
Chandler joins Cavendish from fintech-focused VC fund Blenheim Chalcot where he was a managing partner. Prior to this he spent time at in senior roles in the financial services divisions of Deloitte and Rothschild and also worked at Santander and Arthur Anderson.
Deals he has advised on include the sales of retail FX business ICE to HNA Group and payments business Payments Card Technologies to a family office.
Cavendish added a new partner to its ranks in September, promoting Jon Edirmanasinghe.
