Astorg acquires Cathay, Orbimed’s stakes in Echosens
Astorg Partners has acquired Cathay Capital and Orbimed’s stakes in specialist diagnosis business Echosens.
Following the deal Astorg will become a shareholder in the company alongside Chinese Pharmaceutical group Inner Mongolia FuRui.
