DPE to acquire majority stake in Air Alliance Group
Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Air Alliance Group.
Headquartered at Airport Siegerland, Air Alliance offers maintenance, aircraft sales, flight simulators, business and private jet charter flights and ambulance flight services.
