French buyout firm Siparex closes latest fund at €315m
Siparex, the French private equity firm, has closed its latest mid-market fund at €315m.
Siparex ETI 4 will deploy up to €30m (or €50m including co-investment) per transaction in companies with turnover of between €100m and €500m.
