Tenzing’s FMP Global acquires MCN Associates
Tenzing Private Equity portfolio company FMP Global, a payroll management business, has acquired international HR consultancy MCN Associates.
FMP Global, which is led by chief executive Justin Cottrell, manages the international payrolls of US and UK headquartered SMEs.
