Omnes Capital has backed the €11.7m buyout of aerospace components business Aero Negoce International (ANI).
The deal enables founder Claude Patin to pass the company on to his step-daughter Nathalie Bianchini and her husband, Patrick Bianchini, ANI’s current chief executive.

Based in Béziers, the company grew turnover by 17 per cent last year to reach €16m. It employs 25 staff.
Omnes intends to help the company diversify its product range and increase its presence in the US.
Paul Hastings, Oderis and CMI advised Omnes. Swisslife Banque Privée, Fieldfisher and INDEFI advised the vendor.
