Lyceum Capital’s call centre technology business Sabio has bolted on Datapoint Europe.

The acquisition will expand Sabio’s geographical presence and increase its revenues by 35 per cent to around €60m.

Lyceum first backed Sabio in a £50m (€57m) deal in July 2016. The Datapoint bolt-on is the second for Sabio under Lyceum’s hold, following a deal for Rapport in March.

Sabio was founded in 1988 and is based in London with operations in Glasgow and Singapore. Clients include the AA and DHL.
