Carlyle’s Nature’s Bounty spins out Holland & Barrett for £1.77bn
The Carlyle Group has agreed the sale of health and wellness retail chain Holland & Barrett, currently owned by the firm’s portfolio company Nature’s Bounty, a US manufacturer of vitamins and nutrition products.
