Bird & Bird appoints Roschier private equity specialist as Nordic corporate head
Law firm Bird & Bird has appointed private equity specialist Mårten Willamo as head of its Nordic corporate group.
Willamo joins the firm from Roschier, where he was a partner and spent nearly twenty years.
Roschier
