Bain Capital acquires MKM Building Supplies from 3i and LDC
3i Group and LDC have sold their stakes in MKM Building Supplies, an independent builders’ merchant, to Bain Capital.
3i first invested in the business in 1998, before providing a further investment in 2006 which was partially syndicated to LDC.
