Apposite Capital acquires Enara and Complete Care from Mitie for £2
Healthcare-focused investment firm Apposite Capital has acquired the loss-making UK social care division of facilities management and consultancy company Mitie Group for only £2 (€2.35).
The division consists of the domiciliary care and homecare businesses Enara Group and Complete Care.
