Ambienta sells IPC to Tennant for €330m
Ambienta has signed an agreement to sell Italy-based cleaning machines and tools manufacturer IPC to trade buyer Tennant for $350m (€330m).
Following the transaction, Minneapolis-based Tennant will have revenues of $1bn and Ebitda of $115m.
