HgCapital sells Zenith to Bridgepoint for £750m
HgCapital has sold vehicle leasing business Zenith to Bridgepoint in a £750m (€879m) deal.
The sale delivers a 2.9x investment multiple and a 46 per cent gross IRR over the investment period for the HgCapital investment trust.
