Altor sells Curato to Aleris
Altor has agreed to sell Curato Røntgen, the Norwegian radiology provider, to Scandanavian healthcare group Aleris. Financial details were undisclosed.
Altor acquired Curato in 2013 in a secondary buyout from Capman.
