CD&R pockets £1.2bn from British Car Auctions exit

Clayton Dubilier & Rice has sold British Car Auctions (BCA) in a £1.2bn (€1.65bn) deal.

The automotive marketplace has been acquired by listed investment vehicle Haversham and will trade on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of £1.17bn
