Portobello seals Spanish tinned food deal
Portobello Capital has acquired Industrias Alimentarias de Navarra, a manufacturer of tinned vegetables and ready meals.
Portobello acquired the company, which has revenues in excess of €110m, and employs 1,800 people in Spain and China, from its €375m Portobello III Fund.
