CapMan sells pre-school to AcadeMedia
Nordic private equity firm CapMan has agreed to sell Norwegian pre-school Espira to Swedish education company AcadeMedia.
Espira teaches around 7,500 children in 75 pre-schools, more than double the 36 schools the company ran when CapMan acquired it in 2008.
