Carlyle buys Alloheim from Star Capital
Carlyle has acquired Alloheim Senioren-Residenzen, a German provider of residential care for the elderly, from Star Capital Partners.
Star bought the business in 2008, when it had 13 facilities totalling around 1,500 beds and 250 assisted living apartments across Germany.
