Nokia makes NKr843m Trolltech offer
Nokia has tabled a NKr843m (€105m) offer for Oslo stock exchange-listed software company Trolltech.
Shareholders representing two-thirds of the company's stock, including venture capital backers Teknoinvest and Index Ventures, have already agreed to accept.
