Zoopla, a UK property search and information website, has acquired Houseprices.co.uk, a provider of property price data, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded less than three years ago, Zoopla secured a £3.75m round from Atlas Venture, Octopus and Silicon Valley Bank in December.
Last August, the company acquired property technology company Byteplay, which owns OnOneMap.com, DotHomes.com and Extate.com. Zoopla acquired PropertyFinder Group the year before.
Houseprices was established in 2005 and was one of the first websites in the UK to offer price information from the Land Registry for free. It attracts around one million visits per month.
