Inflexion agrees Pharmaspectra buyout
Inflexion has agreed to acquire data company Pharmaspectra out of its £250m Enterprise Fund IV (Fund IV).
Fund IV, focused on the lower mid-market, was said to invest equity commitments of up to £20m upon its close in May 2016.
