TowerBrook agrees exit of GSE Group to Goldbeck
US-based TowerBrook Capital Partners is set to exit its first-ever European investment, GSE Group, more than a decade after purchasing a 67 per cent stake in the business.
Bloomberg reported last month that the deal is worth €127m.
