Seventure has led a €4.2m funding round in Efficity, a French provider of online property services, with additional support from CM-CIC Capital Privé.

Efficity enables users to handle real estate transactions online. According to the company, commissions are six times cheaper on Efficity compared with traditional estate agencies.

The funding will be used to expand into the whole of France.
