Key Capital Partners has promoted Richard Thomas to investment director in the firm's Birmingham office
Thomas will maintain his origination and dealmaking responsibilities, working alongside managing partner Owen Trotter. He has worked on deals including the the £6.5m (€7.65m) investment into NursePlus and the £4.3m acquisition of Templine, a recruitment business which made its second bolt-on acquisition last week.
Thomas joined KCP in 2010 from Grant Thornton, where he spent eight years in M&A and private equity advisory. A chartered accountant, Thomas holds an accounting and finance degree from the London School of Economics.
