Listed private equity firm Bure has appointed Lars Olofsson, Thomas Ehlin, Per Björkman and Björn Björnsson to its nominating committee. 

The committee represents around 38 per cent of the votes attached to all voting shares in the company. Olofsson represents the Tigerschiöld family; Ehlin the Nordea Investment Funds; and Björkman the Björkman family. Björnsson is the chairman of Bure Equity. 

The committee is appointed by Bure's three largest shareholders. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals to be resolved at the annual general meeting, such as the election and remuneration of the board of directors and auditors.
