Waterland Private Equity Investments has appointed Dominik Czajewski as an investment director in its Polish office.
He will be responsible for developing the firm's operations in Poland.
Prior to joining, Czajewski worked as an interim manager for several Central and Eastern European corporations. His key roles included controlling, financing and risk management director at PGE EJ; chief operations officer at retail chain RUCH; and head of M&A at Polish national airline company PLL LOT. He has also held positions at the Warsaw office of AT Kearney, PKN Orlen and Poczta Polska.
Czajewski holds a PhD from the global economy faculty at Warsaw School of Economics, an MBA from Thames Valley University (now the University of West London) and a masters degree in marketing and management from the Polish Open University.
