Gresham Private Equity partner Christian Bruning has left the firm after 15 years.

Gresham confirmed his departure and told Real Deals that Simon Inchley, managing director, will be spearheading the London Investment team going forward.

Inchley said: "Christian has been a great servant to the business and we wish him all the best for the future."

Bruning joined the firm in 1997 and has been based in the London office. He was head of the London investment team and was responsible for leading deal activity in the South East. 

Prior to joining Gresham, Bruning worked with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
