Swiss private equity firm Constellation has acquired scanning and printing services company Copytrend. 

Copytrend provides plotting, scanning and printing services through its eight branches in the German and French-speaking part of Switzerland. Typical clients include construction companies, as well as pharmaceutical and luxury players. 

The deal forms part of the current owner's succession planning and Constellation aims to support the company's growth organically and through selective add-on acquisitions.
