Ultra-high-net-worth wealth manager Signia Wealth has hired Ana Maria Harrison as a managing director in its private equity division.
Harrison joins from UBS, where she was executive director in global wealth management private equity. She joined the firm in 2007 and was responsible for over $1bn (€798m) of commitments in 29 private equity feeder vehicles.
Prior to UBS she was director and head of global after sales product management for alternative investments at Citiigroup Private Bank. From 2001 to 2002 she was a senior consultant in the global business strategy group at Emerging Market Economics and also held a number of senior roles at Merrill Lynch.
